Aussie Hoops coaching is the perfect starting place for young coaches to begin their journey. Coaching the Aussie Hoops program will provide opportunities to complete online coaches courses and gain experience coaching 5-12 year olds.
Paid Position
Coaches over the age of 18 need a WWC.

Coaching domestic competition is the next step in the coaching journey. CBBA runs two major domestic competitions each year (Winter & Summer). CBBA will help connect you with a club so that you can start coaching domestic competition.
Volunteer Position
WWC required if over the age of 18.
You will liaise directly with the clubs after CBBA has made the initial connection.
All CBBA domestic coaches are required to have a Club Coaching Accreditation (formally level 1).

Representative coaching is the competitive end of coaching where you will represent Blacktown across the state in Basketball NSW Waratah Junior and Senior Competitions.
